Guided Meditation for Body Awareness and Energetic Alignment with a focus on the ‘eyes’

 

Eyes - Take some time to relax your eyes and reconnect with your body through the soothing transmissions of Light Code Activations.

Do you ever feel distant from your body or surroundings? If so, try this light transmission and eye-balancing exercise to become more present and reconnected, body, mind, and light.

Before you begin, read through this exercise. Once you're ready, relax into the words on the page and allow them to guide you.

Once you've finished, take a moment to close your eyes and become aware of your body.

You might find yourself slipping into a meditative state unexpectedly, experiencing a prolonged sense of presence that you may never have encountered before.

This act of being present is incredibly valuable for our physical and energetic well-being, resulting in relaxation and overall better health.

Additionally, it can provide enlightenment and deeper awareness of circumstances in your life that were previously unclear.

Allow yourself some time after experiencing this transmission of light to adjust to the new vibrations and information that will traverse your DNA and cellular memories. 

Now let's begin,

Allow yourself to sink into your pelvis and seat, relaxing as you notice your extremities, such as your arms, shoulders, hands, and face.

As you expand further outward through your heart and body, and into your environment and those around you,

give yourself energetic space to move, breathe, and relax without being on high alert.

Take a moment to tune into your crown, skin, head, hair, and reflexes.

With so much screen time or Netflix watching, our eyes can become strained and tense.

So, take a deep breath and focus on your eyes.

Close them and allow them to be internal gaze while relaxing your physical eyeballs in the eye sockets.

As you do so, you may notice sensations in your brow, nasal bone, cheekbones, cranial bones, ears, jaw, neck, shoulders, spine, ribcage, pelvis, legs, knees, and feet.

At the same time, I invite you to imagine, sense, or receive light codes over your body system to relax it,

lubricating pure healing white light into the muscles, ligaments, and tissues holding your eyeballs in place.

Allow the pearlescent sheen to lubricate the layers that make up the eyeball,

bringing glistening white light over and through all the connective tissue and structures of your eyes.

Connect all the optic nerves to your brain and messaging system, allowing them to become more balanced and coherent.

Take slow and deep breaths while resting in this space,

you may notice strangely that each eyeball is moving independently from the other and on its own doing.

allow this strange sensation to happen naturally let them move independently and tell you what they need you to do or be aware of for balance to occur.

Expand your awareness into your face, and let your body fill up with healing white light.

Take a few deep breaths in and out through your nose, moving your lower back and wriggling your bottom.

When you're ready, open your eyes, feeling them to be light, alert, and coherent.

Take a moment to move your eyeballs around within the sockets with your eyelids closed, ensuring the muscles and connective tissue are holding them in place.

Remember, physical movement is necessary for your body's resources to know what's changed and how it fits together.

As you come back to your full breath and body suit, expand your energetics into your field of light, and feel brighter and more alert within your systems.

Remember, allow yourself some time to adjust to the new vibrations and information that will traverse your physical and energetic layers.

Allow the balancing energies to flow through your body and mind without any obstruction, awakening you to your light.
