Connecting to Source…through change
If I could be anything that I need to be, what would I be?
Mother Mary comes through to remind you of what is yours and what is not, meaning where does your energy lay? Where does your breath flow?
“You are whole, you have always been whole!”
At this moment choose to reacquaint yourself with your body vessel;
take some slow full breaths and release them throughout your body,
attach a mini version of you onto your internal breath,
bringing this breath of life force energy within your bodysuit as source light,
traveling as a mini version of you on your breaths travelling throughout your body filling up with white light
and wonder as you explore your inner landscape.
Many opportunities arise to disconnect us from source light self throughout the day
As we change and grow, it takes practice to recognize new vibrations with love, learning how to step back into a state of being that is present within the now and flow through without judgment.
We can do this by practicing what being content and peaceful in our bodies feels like regularly,
checking in often throughout the day,
being present with self,
within the noise, disruption, chaos, and conflict of daily life,
which are the rippling effects of change happening.
Even through times of change, we are always whole, we always have all of ourselves at all times, we are never, not whole…
Mind, Body, Spirit - Source Light.
Universal Energy is the vibrational frequency that connects us all as our community, universal consciousness, and as our one sovereign version of creator energy.
We each are an individual!
We each have access to source consciousness from within our individual!
We each transmit and bring through source light energy from our version of creator energy.
We each do this by being present within our bodysuit reminding ourselves to step back into spirit-self guidance.
This helps source energy flow and transmute light codes of frequency into this dimensional experience for us to feel a sense of wholeness reminding us of our truth - we are whole and we are source light!
Noticing when distortion of the mind or ego is filling in the expansive space of change, keeping you busy by attaching explanations and stories.
This often develops as we transition through change, clear and release what no longer fits our vibration…
We misinterpret or distort this outgoing flow of changing vibrations when merely we are to let it be and be inflow with change…
When we say “I release all that no longer serves me” this is initiating this exact flow of vibrational change to occur.
We are asking the universe, our biospheres, and our energetic vibrations to release what no longer serves us.
By asking, we set in motion an action for us to experience ourselves and receive information differently.
But many say this without a presence of awareness of what it is they are actually saying or asking for, and are not being present and accountable for allowing this change to occur, then they flail when they begin to notice shifts in their life, as change is happening.
There needs to be a disruption or a stage of being out of balance for you to shift through change otherwise, there is no change.
The ripple effect of change flows to all and everything that is being released from the “no longer serves” part of your frequency.
If you ask you will be shown - seek and you shall find!!
It is OK to feel uncomfortable in this neutral space of nothingness,
Being familiar with not knowing and being uncomfortable creates space for you to see new information,
and being present within this space of nothingness provides direction and grounding for new vibrations of information to land
and be embodied into the I am that I am in the now!
